Our messaging program is called ePlus Helpdesk Internal Alerts, also know as "e-Lerts"

We will be sending the following types of messages:

  • ePlus system service outages/degradations
  • Office closures due to inclement weather or power
  • Alerts regarding catastrophic events (i.e. flooding, earthquake) to confirm employee safety
  • Identify secondary verification (via texted code) specifically for the purpose of doing an "Okta MFA Factors reset" unauthenticated via the Virtual Assistant Chatbot weblink.

Message and data rates may apply.  Message frequency will vary based on need.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
