ePlus provides three types of paid time off to eligible employees:
ePlus offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all employees.
An employee must work at least 30 hours per week to participate in the benefits listed here, with the exception of FSA and 401(k). Benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire, with the exception of 401(k).
ePlus offers a 401(k) plan through Charles Schwab. An employee is eligible the first of the month that coincides with or following one (1) full month of employment. Eligible employees must work 20 hours or more of regularly scheduled hours per week. An employee is 100% vested on their date of hire and employer match is annual.

ePlus offers the choice between two dental plans: the Standard plan and the Enhanced plan, which offers an increased annual maximum as well as adult orthodontia coverage.
ePlus offers Hospital Indemnity Insurance. This type of insurance pays a daily benefit if you have a covered stay in a hospital, critical care unit or rehabilitation facility. You can elect this coverage for yourself, your spouse (up to age 70), and your children to age 26.
ePlus offers company-paid life and AD&D insurance to all eligible employees. The benefit is 1x your annual earnings to a maximum of $250,000. We also offer voluntary life and AD&D insurance, which you can purchase for yourself, spouse and/or children.
If a covered illness or injury keeps you from working, Short Term Disability insurance can replace part of your income while you recover. The benefit is 60% of your earnings to a maximum of $2,500 per week (tax-free). There is a 14-day waiting period.
