Lifecycle Services Framework

We can adapt to work within your delivery model and processes or you can leverage ePlus’ standard delivery framework, which establishes a repeatable process for optimized efficiency and quicker results:

  • Initiate: We’ll review your technical and business requirements, create a Statement of Work, develop a high-level solution design, and build a Bill of Materials
  • Plan: Next, we’ll build out your project collaboration portal, hold kickoff meetings, develop a project plan and budget, and validate the solution
  • Design: This phase involves change management, resource scheduling, equipment delivery confirmation, site readiness, a design workshop, and plan testing and acceptance
  • Implement: Here we focus monitoring and control, project status, installation and configuration, test and acceptance, end user training, and cutover
  • Closeout: In this final phase we provide as-built documentation, admin training, day 1 support, operations transition, ensure your acceptance, and review lessons learned

With flexibility in mind, ePlus offers Project Management as a Service, providing a-SKU based service outside of a traditional Statement of Work.  Both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager resources are available depending on the complexity of the project and customer profile.  These services are sold by the hour on a time and materials basis and include the following:
