David Mellor
Chief Information Officer
David Mellor was appointed Chief Information Officer of ePlus on April 1, 2026. In this role, he shapes and executes the company’s technology strategy to support continued growth, operational excellence, and innovation. He oversees a broad portfolio that includes enterprise platforms, business critical applications, data and infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity, and major digital transformation initiatives—along with guiding the responsible adoption of AI to enhance how ePlus operates and serves its customers.
Mr. Mellor joined ePlus in 2018 as Senior Director of IT Services and Operations and most recently served as Vice President of Enterprise IT Services and Infrastructure. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in professional services, consulting, and global program delivery, he has built a track record of driving results across diverse industries and international environments.
Prior to joining ePlus, Mr. Mellor held several IT executive roles, including Vice President of Strategic Development at Landauer, Inc. and Director for Japanese Operating Companies at Fujitsu Consulting. Earlier in his career, he held technical and leadership positions at EDS, MCI Systemhouse, System Technology Associates, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Mellor is also a U.S. Navy veteran.
