- ePlus engaged with the customer to discover business and technical requirements for the infrastructure in scope.
- Through a series of sessions, ePlus designed a Nutanix solution that met or exceeded the requirements of the environment, allowing the college to scale effortlessly to meet the demands of their users at individual campuses.
- Solution components: Nutanix AOS, AHV, and Unified Storage
- ePlus deployed, migrated data and applications, and tested the solution in concert with the customer.
Business Outcomes
- The college was able to modernize, simplify, and lower operational costs of its data center infrastructure across multiple campuses, providing the ability to be more agile and focus on delivering additional business and student services.
- The combination of ePlus design and deployment services allowed the customer to introduce additional resiliency into its environment to enhance business continuity between campuses in the event of an outage at any one campus. With the disaster recovery solution in place, the college will be able to meet its failover requirements: Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of one hour and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 15 minutes.
