Interaction
Interact with, handle, use, and work with various technologies in an immersive, interactive showroom environment. Join us onsite to interact with gear or technology in person, or for the sake of convenience, we can set up a fully interactive demo environment remotely—enabling you to interface virtually with any technology you want to trial or test.
Demonstration
Conduct a table-top of your actual technology roll out, whether simple or complex. Watch a project come to life in our lab. Your project or technology manager works in conjunction with ePlus and technologists from our manufacturer partners to dry run the exact rollout of your project, helping to minimize stress, anxiety, and risk.
Discovery
Evaluate how various technologies interact with one another. Learn and understand from our bullpen of technologists, both from ePlus and our manufacturer partners, to gain a clear understanding of how your technology environment is performing, how it can be optimized, and what combination of technologies is right for you, minimizing sprawl as well as the monetary expense and enhanced security risk that comes with it.
The Lab
With our new CIC lab space, you can explore our technology solutions either with the guidance of ePlus Technologists or independently. This allows you to gain hands-on experience with the latest technology, enhancing your understanding of and confidence in the solutions you’re exploring. This is a collaborative trial environment where you can directly interact with our experts and engage in more tailored and effective solutions that ultimately drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our lab environment currently hosts the technology from many of the leading manufacturers and providers of security, cloud, storage, networking, and other areas.
The Configuration Center and Warehouse
Our CIC configuration center serves our global customer base by delivering a complete, turn-key solution to build out your entire environment before it arrives at your facility—regardless of complexity or manufacturer. Our packaged equipment staging services consolidate individual components from multiple manufacturers into a single SKU in one cabinet, fully-functional upon arrival for faster ROI. We can also facilitate multiple site deployments to speed time to market, scaling from low level imaging to full cabinet integration and remote connectivity for final configuration. In addition, our 55,000 square feet of warehouse space allows us to support domestic or international logistics and shipping for customer organizations with just-in-time delivery and an order consolidation service.
