  • Needed to replace an aging, legacy phone system that was reaching end of life
  • Wanted to deploy a scalable collaboration architecture to support a new phone infrastructure as well as current applications and data
  • Needed to handle anticipated growth and future initiatives to improve staff productivity and patient care

ePlus designed, configured, and implemented a complete Cisco solution that included:

  • Local area and wireless network refresh (integrated with Magee's existing virtualized server environment, storage infrastructure, and nurse call system)
  • Unified communications platform enabled with specialized applications for mass notification, paging, and 911 alerts
  • Racks and an upgraded three-phased power generator
  • Project management, including planning, design, installation, training, and documentation
