Under the terms of this agreement, BCE Elix will provide Business Consulting, Professional Services, Application development, and Support Services for contact center clients.
The agreement will combine the strengths of the two companies. ePlus brings more than a decade of experience in delivering IT sourcing and hardware and software technology solutions to both the public and private sectors across a number of vertical markets.
