ePlus Enhances Management Team to Lead the Rollout of On Demand Supply Chain Solutions

Former Executives of NetIQ and Uniform Code Council Join ePlus to
Lead Sales and Marketing Initiatives

HERNDON, VA – November 3, 2005 ePlus inc. (Nasdaq NM: PLUSnews), a leading provider of Enterprise Cost Management solutions, today announced the appointment of Mark Marron as Senior Vice President of Sales and Chris Benedetto as Vice President of Marketing. The executives will be responsible for ePlus' rollout of its On Demand offering which is scheduled for introduction in the first half of 2006.

"The on demand supply chain marketplace should develop into a great opportunity for ePlus. With our extensive domain knowledge and business process experience, the robust functionality of our proprietary software, and deep experience providing outsourced managed services, we are uniquely positioned to become the leader in the market," stated Phillip G. Norton, chairman, president and CEO of ePlus. "Our goal is to become the leading solution provider of On Demand Enterprise Cost Management (ECM) services and solutions that improve the bottom line performance of our customers."

Mark P. Marron, a 20-year industry veteran, was formally with NetIQ where he held the position of senior vice president of worldwide sales. Prior to joining NetIQ, Mr. Marron served as general manager of worldwide channel sales for Computer Associates International Inc., a provider of software and services that enable organizations to manage their IT environments. Mr. Marron has extensive experience throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Montclair State University.

Chris Benedetto draws upon his 15 years of experience leading product marketing, corporate marketing, and business development teams to spearhead marketing for ePlus. Most recently, Mr. Benedetto was senior director of strategy and planning at the Uniform Code Council, where he led the development of corporate marketing programs and served as executive director of the solution provider board which is composed of software and consultant companies that enable bar code, RFID, RosettaNet, and UNSPC standards. Previously, Mr. Benedetto oversaw product and segment marketing for Bluestone Software and HP.

"ePlus will provide a comprehensive and cost-effective set of on demand applications, services, and solutions to reduce the costs of purchasing, owning, and financing IT goods and services. This puts CFOs, purchasing organizations, and users in better control of their business," said Benedetto. "I look forward to working with this talented team to make Enterprise Cost Management the de-facto, cost-effective approach for enterprises of all sizes."

Mr. Marron stated, "ePlus has established itself as an innovator of Enterprise Cost Management Solutions within the industry.
