Procure+ IT Edition is designed specifically to meet this need. With it, you can order all your IT equipment and software from a master catalog provided by ePlus or through your preferred suppliers. You determine your IT needs, and we do the rest.
BPO Edition - The Business Process Outsourcing Edition expands on the IT Edition by supporting any type of commodity spend, from any supplier. ePlus provides a secure hosted environment, containing your own catalogs, and links you up with online catalogs from any punch-out enabled supplier. All your workflows and approval routings are set up, and with auto-ordering and receiving, your up and running. Also, Since this is a hosted environment, implementation is fast, ePlus manages all the maintenance and upgrades, and there’s minimal involvement of your IT resources.
Enterprise Edition - The Enterprise Edition builds on the BPO Edition by adding full Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Invoice Matching. It can also be installed behind your firewall if required. When fully configured, the Enterprise Edition covers the complete procurement spectrum, from requirement to approval, sourcing, stocking, ordering, receiving, and invoice matching and settlement.
