(NASDAQ NGS: PLUS - news) announced today that its subsidiary, ePlus Technology, inc., has been selected by Charter Oak State College, Connecticut's public online college for adults seeking to complete bachelor's degrees, for a Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Managed Services deployment.

 

ePlus worked closely with Charter Oak to analyze its business objectives and technical requirements, including considerations for internal and external customers, telecommuters, and Help Desk needs. ePlus was engaged for pre-sales design, project management, installation, and end user training. The solution includes Cisco Unified Communications comprised of Contact Center, Adaptive Security Appliances (ASA), and WebEx along with a three-year ePlus Managed Services contract to monitor and manage all UC and security components.
