Data Collection
Spend+ consolidates data from multiple sources, including Procure+, Manage+ , and Content+ Advanced from ePlus as well as any other disparate ERP, accounting, third-party eProcurement systems, and legacy applications.

Data Cleansing
Once the data is in a single repository, it can be processed for analysis. This means cleaning and normalizing supplier names and item descriptions where available. It also involves classifying spend data into commodity groups. You can use your own classification schema or standard industry schema (such as UN/SPSC), or ePlus can develop a proprietary schema for you.

Data Warehouse
This is where the consolidated and cleansed data resides, ready for the analyses.

Analysis
Once the data is ready, Spend+ presents it in an intuitive way that visualizes the results and highlights the savings opportunities.
