We seek to become the provider of choice for IT products and services as well as supply chain business processes through a full range of equipment, solutions, leasing, and software in a modular and integrated format. ePlus rises above the competition by the breadth of our offering and expertise. Not only can we help our customers build any aspect of their IT infrastructure, we can help them finance it and enhance their productivity and efficiency.

We sell and service a wide variety of information technology products and software by leading manufacturers, provide lease financing and electronic payment services, offer patented enterprise-level software, and sell business process outsourcing services. Our software, which we own and develop, includes product content management, eProcurement, asset management, document management, order automation, contract management, and spend analytics and reporting. Our business process services include invoice reconciliation and consolidation, order and lease automation, spend management, supplier enablement, and outsourced procurement services. Many of our solutions are delivered to customers via the Internet, which reduces the costs of doing business with us.

We provide capital to offer operating and capital leases to our customers, and we deliver a wide variety of electronic payment solutions. We sell and service equipment and software from a wide variety of leading manufacturers, including HP, Cisco, Microsoft, NetApp, IBM, Sun, and more. Finally, we offer a number of value-added technology services, including remote network monitoring, security consulting and implementation, storage area networks, and professional services.

Our emphasis on superior customer service, equipment sales, and professional services has driven revenue growth. We attribute our success primarily to:

  • our focus on providing single-source solutions that enable customers to optimize their IT infrastructure and supply chain processes
  • our ownership of our intellectual property (software) that enables us to provide a broad array of software and outsourced services at the lowest cost
  • our ability to generate incremental revenues by up-selling additional goods and services to existing customers
  • our diverse source of revenues from different, yet complementary business units, and
  • our ability to successfully acquire and integrate strategic acquisitions
